Extended Warranty Plan:

Best performance of technology capital tools depend upon the overall care of your equipment, especially when it comes to maintaining operational stability, high throughput and maximum uptime. Our Extended Warranty Program extends the standard warranty with the flexibility to meet your specific needs.

Service Contract:

Minimizing down time is crucial for a cost effective usage of any tool. Therefore, we offer service contracts for customers with the need for fast and efficient online and on-site support even after the end of the warranty period. Contracts range from support only to full coverage including all parts, and can be adjusted to exactly match the customer's needs.

Upgrades/Productivity Improvements:

Various software and hardware upgrades are available to reduce your cost of ownership, provide possibility to enter new markets and increase productivity. We constantly extend the range of available upgrades to make our continuous improvements available for everyone owning one of our systems, wherever possible.

Materials:

As a service to our customers, we offer lithography materials like mask blanks from the renowned japanese manufacturer Clean Surface Technology, mask transport boxes, or other standard materials at reasonable prices.
